Booking and Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing CedarBrooks for your dog’s home-away-from-home! We’re committed to providing a safe, fun, and stress-free experience for your pup. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our clients, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. Booking Policy To secure your dog’s stay, we recommend booking in advance, especially during holidays and peak seasons. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking, though charges will only be processed after services are rendered, unless otherwise noted. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Proof may be required prior to boarding. Meet-and-greet appointments may be requested for new clients to ensure a good fit. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. This policy allows us to fairly manage our schedule and accommodate other pet parents who may be on a waitlist. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us via phone, email, or through our booking platform. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to make your dog’s stay as enjoyable and safe as possible—while giving you peace of mind!
